📦 Returns

As all products are made-to-order and fulfilled via our production partners (e.g. Printify), we currently do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, size issues, or change of mind.
Please double-check sizing charts and product details before finalizing your order.

However, we’re committed to quality. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will gladly help you resolve it.

💸 Refunds & Replacements

You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund if:

• The item arrived defective or damaged
• There is a printing error or the product is not as described
• Your order was lost in transit (verified with tracking)

To request a refund or replacement:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

If approved, a replacement will be sent, or a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

🌍 Shipping Costs

Refunds or replacements do not require returning the item. We cover any reshipping costs for eligible issues.

⏳ Processing Time

• Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Replacements are processed as new orders and usually ship within 3–7 business days.

❗ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

• Incorrect size or color chosen by customer
• Items delivered to incorrect address provided at checkout
• Orders exceeding the 7-day refund request window
